Our vast experience of working for a variety of clients ranging from public sector entities to private sector financial institutions, multinationals and other business conglomerates has put our team at the forefront of labor and employment law that can advice on the entire spectrum of employment matters in Pakistan.

We have advised some of the largest companies in the world including China Three Gorges, McDonalds, Pizza Hut and others on drafting their labor policies that comprehensively deal with payment of wages, holidays, leaves, maternity benefits, occupational health and safety standards, pension, gratuity, provident funds and other such benefits that are mandatory under Pakistan’s law.

We have also advised major utility operators and natural monopolies on industrial disputes, strikes, lock-outs with trade unions or collective bargaining agents that affect business operations. In addition to that, we have advised on internal restructuring, re-alignment of incentives and executive compensation.

We also have more than three decades of experience in dealing with public sector employment which includes representation before administrative tribunals as well as courts and drafting employment rules and regulations for statutory bodies and government organizations. Disputes arising from government employment on contract basis, civil servants selected through the Federal Public Service Commission, Punjab Public Service Commission and other such regulatory bodies are the bread and butter of our employment lawyers who have decades of experience in representing clients before the Federal Service Tribunal, Punjab Service Tribunal and other specialised labor and employment forums.
