ABS & Co advised TMC in negotiating and structuring its contractual arrangement with Sky47 for the resale, administration and provision of enhanced technical support services for Sky47’s Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) environment.
The arrangement forms part of Sky47’s development of sovereign, AI-ready cloud and data-centre infrastructure in Pakistan. The mandate involved advising TMC on the contractual framework governing the proposed services and the commercial arrangements with Sky47.
