ABS & Co is advising the Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company (PCMMDC) on the legal, procurement and commercial structuring of a province-wide initiative for the development and provision of digital connectivity infrastructure across its network of cattle markets in Punjab.
The mandate includes advising PCMMDC on the appropriate procurement and contracting framework for the project, including the participation of public and private sector entities, eligibility and technical requirements, commercial arrangements, allocation of responsibilities, and the contractual framework for the implementation and operation of the proposed connectivity infrastructure.
The project forms part of PCMMDC’s wider programme to modernise cattle-market infrastructure and improve digital access across its operations. The assignment draws on ABS & Co’s experience in public procurement, infrastructure projects and the structuring of technology-enabled public-sector initiatives.
