Aitzaz Ahsan is an Associate at ABS & Co’s Lahore office, where he primarily works as part of the Corporate and Commercial practice.

His role includes assisting clients on various corporate and commercial issues. His areas of focus and interest include corporate and commercial law, procurement law, legislative drafting, employment law, tech law, arbitrations, and constitutional litigation.

Under the supervision of the Senior Partner, he has assisted a number of clients, such as China Gezhouba (CGGC), DAMAS, Samsons Group of Companies, Punjab Population Innovation Fund (PPIF), Future Developments Holdings Ltd (FDHL), and various government and private entities. His work includes providing legal opinions, conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing agreements, and structuring various transactions. He maintains a keen interest in constitutional and corporate litigation.
