ABS & Co acted as the legal advisors to ZoodPay on its partnership agreement with NeemPro.
The JV forms an integral part of ZoodPay’s strategy to grow its holistic ecosystem of e-commerce, fintech and e-logistics services in Pakistan. It will enable ZoodPay to introduce its Shariah-Compliant Inventory Financing Solution for online merchants allowing the management of merchants’ stock, which serves as collateral for the inventory financing product. NeemPro will build upon this ecosystem via the provision of warehousing and fulfilment solutions through dedicated fulfilment centers and an e-logistics platform, supplemented by integrations with multiple last-mile delivery providers, completing the e-logistics vertical.
