Hassan Qureshi is an Associate at ABS & Co.’s Lahore office. As part of the Litigation team, his practice spans a broad range of civil and criminal matters, with particular focus on complex civil litigation, real estate and property litigation, criminal litigation, service law disputes, intellectual property disputes, and constitutional petitions.

Under the supervision of Litigation Partner, he regularly represents and advises a diverse range of clients, including leading corporate groups and public sector entities, including Samson’s Group of Companies, Habib Bank Limited, Bank Alfalah, Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission, Punjab Central Business District Development Authority, and National Development Complex. He regularly appears before the Civil Courts, District and Sessions Courts, Banking Courts, Consumer Courts, Tribunals and the High Court. He actively assists the Litigation Partner in drafting pleadings and conducting detailed legal research.

Prior to joining ABS & Co., he worked at the Office of the Advocate General, Punjab, where he assisted the Law Officers in high-stakes constitutional and government litigation.

Hassan holds an LL.B. (Hons.) degree from the University of London International Programme, graduating with Upper Second Class Honours.
