Our partner appeared as an expert witness in a court (Bortgarting Court of Appeal) in Norway over a property dispute.
Bakhtawar Bilal Soofi, a partner at the Lahore office, recently gave evidence as an expert witness on the domestic law of Pakistan relating to the sale and purchase of land in relation to a civil dispute between Pakistan-origin siblings in Norway. Bakhtawar appeared as a witness over video-call and was extensively questioned by the court as well as the by the counsels.
