ABS & Co successfully advised JazzWorld in securing a Zone Enterprise Licence from the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA) for its fintech business, JazzCash (JC Fintech).
The engagement involved advising on the regulatory framework governing STZA licensing, structuring the application to align with the applicable STZA qualification criteria for technology enterprises, and managing the end to end licensing process. The successful grant of the licence enables JazzCash to operate within Pakistan’s Special Technology Zone ecosystem and access the incentives and regulatory framework available to qualifying technology enterprises.
