Anza is a Barrister-at-Law, called to the Bar of England and Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn, currently serving as a Senior Associate at ABS & Co’s Lahore office and as a legal advisor on the panel of the Federal Board of Revenue. At ABS & Co, he is a pivotal member of the firm’s construction and infrastructure division, litigation, and dispute resolution teams.

His diverse practice includes construction and infrastructure law, corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law, white-collar crime, legislative and contractual drafting, arbitration, dispute resolution, and litigation across the High Courts, Accountability Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Courts, Sessions Courts, and Civil Courts.

Anza specializes in construction law, representing leading Pakistani contractors and notable Chinese construction companies, skillfully handling complex contractual negotiations, regulatory compliance issues, and sophisticated dispute resolution processes. His client portfolio includes banks, governmental entities, international franchises, housing societies, startups, and various significant public-sector organizations.

Throughout his career at ABS & Co, Anza has actively participated in high-stakes contentious matters before the Courts, arbitrations, legislative drafting initiatives, and strategic commercial negotiations. He has provided extensive legal advisory services to prominent government organizations such as the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission, Pakistan Railways, Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, and the Lahore Development Authority. Additionally, his corporate advisory experience covers reputed entities including McDonald’s, Habib Construction Services Ltd., Maqbool Calsons, Mughal’s Pakistan Ltd., and Habib Bank Ltd.

Anza holds dual Master of Laws (LLM) degrees in Commercial Law and Refugee & Asylum Law, complementing his professional expertise with advanced analytical and strategic capabilities.

Anza remains dedicated to mentoring junior associates and interns, fostering professional development and upholding the firm’s standards of excellence.
