Abdullah Tahseen is an Associate at the firm’s Islamabad office, where his practice primarily focuses on civil litigation, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution. With a diverse legal background and international training, Abdullah advises and represents clients before civil and district courts as well as specialized tribunals, including the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA), the Federal Ombudsperson for Protection Against Harassment (FOSPAH),
the Intellectual Property Tribunal, and the Competition Commission of Pakistan.
Prior to joining the firm, Abdullah completed internships at Haider Mota & Co. where he gained valuable insight into corporate law and transactional work. Following his call to the Bar, he worked for six months at Sajeel Mirza Mann & Shah, where he was closely involved in matters of constitutional law and election laws. During this period, he assisted senior counsel with legal research, drafting, and litigation strategy, honing his skills in high-stakes constitutional litigation.
With academic qualifications including an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London (2:1 Upper Second Class Honours), an LL.M. in Alternative Dispute Resolution & International Commercial Trade, and completion of the Bar Vocational Studies (BVS) at City, University of
London, Abdullah brings both scholarly depth and practical experience to his practice. His background in moot court advocacy further strengthen his expertise as an advocate Known for his analytical rigor and client-focused approach, Abdullah combines technical knowledge with practical insights to deliver effective legal solutions across civil, regulatory, and commercial disputes.
