We are acting as claims consultant to Power Construction Corporation of China in relation to the Tarbela 5 Hydropower Project.
ABS & Co has been engaged by the Power Construction Corporation of China to act as its claims consultant on the $350 million Tarbela 5 Hydropower Project. The appointment cements ABS & Co’s position as the leading construction claims consultancy firm in Pakistan that specializes in contractor-side advisory.
As part of its engagement, ABS & Co will advise the civil contractor on claims in relation to extension of time (EOT 1 and 2), idling and prolongation costs, variations and increase in quantities. The firm has also co-opted an engineering expert to provide end to end services to the contractor.
ABS & Co’s team is being led by Bakhtawar Bilal Soofi and Ahmed Reza Mirza.
