Drawing from our experience of working with developers, sponsors, local governments and development authorities, our team is fully equipped to anticipate and navigate the changes in property and real estate development that may affect our clients’ businesses. Some of our lawyers in this practice area have advised on drafting town planning regulations, zoning laws, eREIT regulations and bringing changes to the master plan of at least two major cities in Pakistan.
