Barrister Zainab N. Khan works as a Senior Associate at the Islamabad Office.

She joined ABS & Co. in March 2018. Since then she has undertaken civil litigation working on land matters, commercial and construction disputes, as well as service matters. She also oversees various arbitration.

In addition, Zainab carries out corporate and transactional work on behalf of the firm. Her advisory work consists of drafting and vetting of sale and purchase contracts, service contracts, settlement agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), as well as Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) involving various international entities and organizations. She also renders legal opinions for our clients involving complex legal issues.

Zainab has garnered experience advising both private and public-sector entities.

During her time at ABS & Co., she has also worked with a Senior Partner to successfully defend the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) before the Fédération Internationale de Hockey (FIH).

She is an ADR Group (ADRg) Accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator having certified in London. The ADR Group is an internationally recognized leading authority in mediation and mediation training.

Zainab holds a Diploma in Law and an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of London International Programmes.

After completing her LL.B., she started the Bar Professional Training Course (BPTC) at BPP Law School in London. In November 2016, Zainab was Called to the Bar of England & Wales by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.

Prior to studying law, she studied in the U.S., having completed her High School in Michigan. If time permits, she enjoys volunteering with the South East Asia Leadership Academy (SEALA) as a member of the Administrative Team.
