Mr. Umar Khushal Khan is an ‘Associate’ of the Corporate and Commercial Practice of ABS & Co. firms Islamabad Office. He has been working in the office since August of 2021. He completed his LL.B (Hons.) from BPP University London with high merits and is completing Master of Laws in Corporate & Commercial Law from University of Bedfordshire.

After his graduation, Umar Khushal Khan has been practicing in multiple areas of Law, primarily focusing on Corporate Matters and Civil Matters. He is working directly with one of the Partners of the firm of the Islamabad Office in a wide range of proceedings. He is assisting in an array of cases at the Tribunals, Islamabad District Courts, High Court and other Quasi-judicial forums. He has furnished legal opinions on various matters. He also holds the position of Information Secretary for the Foreign Qualified Lawyers Committee (FQLC) of the Islamabad High Court Bar Association (IHCBA).
