Shamsher Ali is a law graduate and an Advocate of the High Court. He has appeared in several cases involving NAB, FIA, Anti-corruption Department etc. and has a practice that extends to constitutional, tax and other commercial matters.

He has been with ABS & Co for over 25 years. He joined as a junior clerk in the Dispute Resolution practice and through his sheer grit, determination and resolve completed his law degree. As someone who previously worked as a legal clerk and a paralegal before becoming an attorney, his understanding of the procedural side is second to none.

Shamsher is also skilled in the field of carrying out due diligence, preparing sale and purchase agreements, registering transactions and perfection of title, filing income tax and sales tax return, NTN registration, companies registration in SECP, Co-op registration, and registration of property.
