Natalia Najam is an Associate at ABS & Co’s Lahore office where she works as part of the Corporate and Commercial department. She completed her LLB from the University of London in 2020, following which she joined ABS & Co. 

At the firm, her roles include advising and assisting clients on various corporate and commercial issues. Her areas of focus and interest include corporate and commercial law, tech law, M&A matters, intellectual property law, and procurement law. 

The clients that she currently advises include, Punjab Skills Development Fund, Prosper Technologies, Tez Financial Services Limited, OrientSwiss SA, ZoodPay SA, GoldFin Limited, TallyMarks Consulting, and Waada Holdings etc. 

At present Natalia also assists startups and fintech companies on various legal matters including, structuring various transactions, establishing holding companies, and effectuating share transfers, etc.
