Muhammad Waleed Qazi is an Associate at ABS & Co’s Islamabad office where he works as part of the Advisory and Litigation practice. 

In June 2022, Waleed joined Ahmer Bilal Soofi & Company as an Associate after successfully completing a set probationary time at the firm. Waleed works for the firm’s Advisory and Litigation Department, directly working with the Associate Partner and Senior Associate at the Islamabad Office. 

He has been involved in the drafting and vetting of legal instruments including performance bank guarantees, service level agreements, service contracts, non-disclosure agreements, preliminary agreements and MOUs for a wide array of clients.

In addition to this, Waleed has also assisted senior lawyers on High Court and Supreme Court cases. He was part of the legal team for PTA in the ‘TikTok’ case at the Islamabad High Court. Waleed has also helped the Associate Partner with preparing and drafting Petitions, Applications, Para-Wise Replies, Written Arguments etc. and with case file management. He has worked with senior lawyers on propositions relating to Microfinance law and recovery under the Prudential Regulations for Microfinance Banks and the Microfinance Institutions Ordinance 2001. Waleed also regularly assists the Managing Partner with various Supreme Court cases.
