Isfandyar is an Associate at ABS & Co’s Lahore office where he mainly works as part of the Corporate and Commercial team. Isfandyar has over six years’ experience of providing corporate/transactional, dispute resolution and advisory legal services. He has advised a diversified range of both national and international clients on a variety of complex legal issues.  His practice portfolio includes multiple sectors like Construction, Hotels and Leisure, Retail, Oil & Gas, Aviation, Government Agencies, Pharmaceuticals and Various Conglomerates.

Isfandyar currently advises and represents Samsons Group of Companies, Punjab Population Innovation Fund, Future Development Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd, Pakistan Satellite (Pvt.) Ltd, Sonica Plastics Industries, United Bank Limited and Bank of Punjab on various non-contentious and contentious matters including Corporate & Regulatory compliances, Commercial, Procurement, Insurance, Employment, Property Matters, Construction Projects and Arbitration disputes.

Prior to joining ABS & Co., Isfandyar also worked at Surridge & Beecheno where he was a core part of the Dispute Resolution team, representing clients before the Lower and High Courts and advising clients on a variety of matters.
