Fatima Midrar completed her LL.B. (Hons.) from University of London International Programmes in 2019, with three distinctions, one of which was the highest in Pakistan, for which a Certificate of
Academic Achievement was issued by University of London.
A dissertation on women rights titled “In the context of marriage and divorce, does legal pluralism exacerbate or improve the situation of Muslim minority women? A comparative study of UK and India”
was also authored by Fatima Midrar.
After her graduation, Fatima Midrar joined the office of the Federal Ombudsman Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment at Workplace. Where she remained for six months, working on various
orders and judgments of the cases, which were presided over by the Learned Ombudsman.
Thereafter, in 2020, Fatima Midrar joined the Firm at its Islamabad office, where she had previously interned in 2018, during her LL.B.
Presently, she is working directly with an Associate Partner. She is handling an array of cases in the Islamabad District Courts and other Quasi-judicial forums, of civil nature, pertaining to service matters,
contract, rent, tax etc. She has furnished legal opinions on matters such as land acquisition, microfinance banking, service matter etc. Aside from litigation, Fatima Midrar has experience in transactional matters
of the same preceding nature provided above.
