Mr. Ahmed Murtaza Langrial is Associate of Corporate and Commercial Practice of firm’s Islamabad office. He earned his Bachelors from University of London International Programmes and achieved award of Master of Laws (LLM) from Queen Mary University of London.
Mr. Ahmed Murtaza has been actively involved in International Tax Law, in respect to which he has been actively engaged in International Tax Conferences, Webinars, Talks and has attended 11th Meeting of the OECD/G20’s on Inclusive framework of BEPS. He has also worked as a private tax consultant for a UK based corporate entity. In regard with International Tax, his research paper Pakistan’s Tax Regime in Global Economy, has been accredited by a practicing UK based Barrister.
He retains exceptional skills for Corporate Governance and Compliance, along with other Corporate and Commercial operations. He is actively involved in assisting Senior Counsel with International Arbitration, International Trade Remedial Law Practice, Procurement with respect to Public-Private Partnerships, Anti-Trust Practice, Mergers and Acquisitions as well as being well rounded in advising Private Clientele in Construction and Real Estate matters.
