Ryena Khera is an Associate at ABS & Co’s Lahore office, specialising in corporate and commercial law with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. She pursued her LLB from the University of London with an Upper Second Class Honours and a World Top in Administrative Law.
Ryena is part of the legal counsel for Google, advising on corporate, operational, and regulatory matters. She also advises routinely to NBFCs, including Tez Financial Services (Zood), GoldFin, and PostEx, and has advised on the acquisition of Tez by OrientSwiss SA. She is also part of the legal counsel for the Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) on all corporate and transactional matters. Beyond her work with Google, Ryena provides advisory services to GLOCK, Nintendo, the Orient Group of Companies, Oilco Petroleum, and Waada Digital (Private) Limited. Her work spans corporate restructurings, filing Schemes of Arrangement, and representing clients before the Lahore High Court in related petitions.
In addition to her corporate practice, Ryena has experience in employment and harassment-related matters, including advisory and representation under the Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace Act. She also advises and represents statutory authorities, including the Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), in regulatory and public-sector litigation.
With a practice covering technology, fintech, manufacturing, and infrastructure, Ryena continues to advise both local and international clients on matters of strategic legal and corporate significance, including clients from KSA as well as entities in Ireland and Singapore.
