Aleena Khan is an Advocate of High Court and Senior Associate at ABS & Co., where her practice focuses on private client advisory, commercial contracting, and regulatory compliance. She regularly advises individuals, businesses, and institutions on structuring agreements, mitigating risks, and navigating complex legal and regulatory frameworks.
With a career spanning judicial, legislative, corporate, and academic roles, she brings a unique perspective to client matters. She has previously served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, where she assisted in matters pertaining to constitutional, civil, and criminal law. As Legal Advisor to the National Commission on the Rights of Child, she conducted legislative reviews and played a leading role in drafting the landmark bill seeking to criminalize child domestic labor in Pakistan.
Her corporate practice includes experience as Legal Counsel at Inbox Business Technologies, where she negotiated a wide range of commercial agreements and developed compliance frameworks. Earlier, at ABS & Co., she advised both public and private sector clients on regulatory and contractual matters, while also supporting litigation strategy in complex disputes.
In addition to practice, Aleena Khan has contributed to academia as Assistant Professor of Law at NUST and Visiting Faculty at Roots Ivy International College, where she taught courses in public law, contract law, Islamic law, evidence law, and business law. She has also served as Editor of the LUMS Law Journal, and her research and publications cover critical issues in human rights and gender justice.
