Ms. Amna Abbas is a Senior Associate at ABS & Co. she primarily focuses on disputes in litigation, handling matters in the High Courts and assisting Mr. Ahmer Bilal Soofi on cases before the Supreme Court. Her responsibilities also include advising clients on a wide range of issues, and drafting and vetting legal documents.
Ms. Abbas has diverse litigation, regulatory and corporate experience. Areas of practice include Constitutional Law, Commercial Law, Banking, Telecommunication, Land Acquisition and Registration, International Trade Law, Power and Energy, Labour and Service Disputes, and International Procurement.
She was called at the Hon’ble Society of Lincoln’s Inn in March 2011 and enrolled as an Advocate High Court in the same year. In 2015 she was awarded the Chevening Scholarship Award which led to an LL.M in International and Comparative Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, with distinctions in Islamic Finance and International Construction Contract modules. She graduated from University of London in 2008 with an LL.B (Hons) and thereafter she completed the Bar Course at City University, London.
